Katelyn slept very happily right between her two brothers. She's up early and sitting next to me watching some cartoons. I'm thankful we've got tv in the room. She deserves a bit of tv in HER language. I think it gives her a break from everything else.
We've heard plenty of laughter too and her giggle is THE best. She's playful and trying us all out. Currently there is nothing better than a ride on dad's back that ends with her being thrown on the bed.
And she is already an expert at hiding, and jumping out to scare the boys. Man she has no idea what she's just gotten herself into!
Andy and I are overwhelmed. With the prayers and well wishes of friends. With the feelings of gratefulness. With the idea that this sweet girl is a Shanahan. It's an honor to have the chance to raise and love Katelyn. We are the blessed ones.
